Refund policy

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.

To initiate a return, use the return panel option available on our website. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and if it meets all eligibility criteria, we will proceed with processing your return or refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days after the return is approved. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer, and you will be required to share your account details for the same.
